Sujata Bhatt Playwright, queen of the remote control
Queen of the Remote Control has received staged readings at East West Players
In Los Angeles and at the Asian American Theater Company in San Francisco. It
will also be read at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles in
January of . Sujata Bhatt's one-act play, The Aunties, was produced at
ArtWallah 2001 in Los Angeles, and a ten-minute monologue, American Exports
will be produced at Edgefest LA in November, 2001. She is currently
completing two more plays, Assets, and Driveway, a collection of short
stories, and a novel. |
