GULAALSynopsis: Set against the backdrop of student and regional political intrigue  in Rajasthan, Anurag Kashyap, the director of Dev D. (2009) and Black Friday (2004), brings us Dileep, an innocent young man come to Jaipur to study, in his richly dark Gulaal. Dileep gets involved in politics and meets Dukey Bana a powerful local leader who leads an army of radical Rajputs struggling to create a separatist Rajputana that challenges the very idea of Indian democracy. Gulaal is a film shot through by the  macho world of power, corruption and greed, bringing a provocative and shocking poetry to Indian cinema.
