Giovanna Sardelli (Director) New York: Rajiv Joseph’s plays All This Intimacy (Second Stage Theatre) and Huck & Holden (Cherry Lane), Lynn Rosen’s plays Apple Cove (The Lark and TMTP) and Back From The Front, The Lark benefit performance of Earth Girls Are Easy (with Kristen Chenoweth and Hunter Foster) and Lark production of Bromius Beaujolais by David Rosenthal, The Seagull, The Three Sisters, Basking in the Neon (a self-created work about growing up in Las Vegas), created/directed A Celebration of the Arts for The Great Hall at Cooper Union. Artistic Associate at the Lark Play Development Center. Regional: Taking Flight (Center Theatre Group, San Diego Rep and Sundance Theatre Lab) Bad Dates and Smell of the Kill (Theatre Workshop of Nantucket), The Tempest (The Acting Company), two seasons as the Director of the Shakespeare Sedona Institute. Directed numerous productions for various NYU-Tisch departments, teaches acting in their Dept of Dance. Education: MFA from NYU Graduate Acting Program, graduate of their Director’s Lab.
