Anurekha Ghosh & Company is a combination of music, dance, visual art, film, poetry, and mime. With its root in Indian sub-continent, Anurekha Ghosh & Company based in UK, seeks inspiration from east and west, creating original expression - unique by its own nature. Formed in 2001, Anurekha Ghosh & Company is a team of musicians and dancers brought together under the creative vision and leadership of dancer, choreographer and Artistic Director Anurekha Ghosh. The company's aim is to communicate the beauty and emotional intensity of North Indian classical Kathak dance while interpreting the contemporary world. Based in UK, the company has performed in many international dance festivals and theatres across the UK, India, Pakistan, Europe and Morocco.
