Tenzin Sherpa

Born in Mussoorie, India and now based in New York. Tenzin Sherpa lives between the musical traditions of India and her rich Tibetan roots. Her musical journey began at a young age and has lead her to the pandit Jasraj School of Music under the tutelage of Smt. Tripti Mukherjee. Pandit Jasraj School of Music foundation is an institution that fosters the preservation, growth and teaching of Indian Classical Music in the tradition of the most prestigious Mewati gharana.
