CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
IAAC FILM FESTIVAL : THE INDIAN DIASPORA NOVEMBER 5 - 9, 2003

The Indo-American Arts Council is delighted to invite filmmakers to submit their films for screening at the third annual "IAAC Film Festival : The Indian Diaspora" November 5-9th, 2003, in New York City.

CRITERIA:
* Must be a full length feature film
* Must represent the Indian diaspora (via the filmmaker, or a key
member of the cast or crew, or the plot/theme could be of the diaspora, or
the location...)

Please send the following information asap to the address below:
* All Contact information (Name, address, phone, fax, email, cell) for the filmmaker
* Name of Film, year completed and length
* Cast & Crew with bios
* Publicity Package including photographic stills, synopsis, production notes, reviews
* Video tape or DVD of film

DEADLINE for submissions: August 15, 2003.

All screenings will be followed by a moderated discussion between the filmmaker (and cast present) and a moderator, as well as a Q&A with the audience.

Our festival is widely advertised and we attract both the South Asian Community as well as a mainstream audience. Media and potential distributors are also invited to attend the screenings. For information on past film festivals, please check our website .
