Raised in Los Angeles, Keshni Kashyap studied literature at Berkeley and film at UCLA. Her films have been screened in more than forty festivals around the world including a short film at the IAAC Film Festival (now NYIFF). Tina's Mouth: An Existential Comic Diary(Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) is her first book and a collaboration with Los Angeles-based Japanese painter Mari Araki. Kashyap lives in New York and is at work on two new projects. She is also an occasional contributor to the Daily Beast.

Mari Araki was born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in Ishikawa, a suburb of Kanazawa. 
In 2005, she graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. She currently lives in Southern California, with her cats Nade, Nini and Rock.

Rohitash Rao is a multi-award winning director, animator, illustrator and creative director. His ad work and personal films have screened in over 25 festivals around the world including the Saatchi & Saatchi New Director's Showcase at the Cannes Advertising Festival and have garnered attention from One Show, D&AD, the Clios, ADWEEK, Creativity, Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly and ABC's "Funniest Commercials." He also recently just co-authored and illustrated his second children's book, the sequel to "Herbert's Wormhole" (Harper Collins) and a third is on the way. Ro graduated from Art Center College of Design and splits his time between New York and L.A.
