also a United Nations official whose career includes working
for refugees(head of UNHCR office, Singapore- boat people
crisis), handling peace-keeping operations(Yuguslavia 91-96)
and currently a Senior Aide to the Secretary-General of the
UN, Director of Communications & Special Projects, Head
of UN Department of Public Information.
