When we spoke to Autograph director Srijit told us he was very excited about seeing Noise during the opening night of the festival and revealed to DesiHits! that his favorite noise is a CD being inserted into a CD player and "the noise of the button being pressed because that is the gateway to much more beautiful sounds."

OPENING NIGHT

Actress Pooja Kumar chatted to us about U.S. President Barack Obama's recent visit to India and said she thought his meeting  - and hug! - with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was amazing and let us in on a secret; her fav noise is "when my dad yells at me and says I still love you."

OPENING NIGHT

Road, Movie actress Tannishtha Chatterjee talked to us about the changing nature of Bollywood movies and mentioned that a lot of last year's movies were out of the box and that "they are getting more and more popular." Top Chef host Padma Lakhsmi told us she thinks it's great that the MIAAC Film Festival exists because it shows "a different kind of cinema, independent Indian cinema that is also made in America with Indian content and Indian actors."
