Feroz Abbas Khan’s Mughal-e-Azam tours the United States!!!
After over 200 spellbinding performances across six Asian countries, India’s most spectacular musical play now premiers in North America. Mughal-e-Azam, produced by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group and directed by Feroz Abbas Khan, will be presented in North America by Cinema on Stage. Based on K Asif’s classic film Mughal-e-Azam (1960) and winner of seven Broadway World India Awards, it showcases India’s rich culture of Kathak dances and classical music intertwined in a legendary love story.
With a cast and crew of over 150, Mughal-e-Azam comprises mesmerizing dance sequences, spectacular lighting, extravagant costumes, and live singing. India’s most expensive theatre production kicks off in Atlanta on Friday, May 26th and will travel to 13 cities across North America.
