Raatrani, written by Nilesh Maniyar; directed by Shonali Bose was the opening segment of the anthology Modern Love Mumbai – that released globally on May 13 on Amazon Prime. Six true NY Times blogs were adapted to Bombay by diverse writers and directors.

Shonali will be present in person to discuss her story – the 38 min short film about a Kashmiri maid in Bombay discovering self love.  She is the internationally acclaimed Writer/Director/Producer of Amu, Margarita with a Straw and The Sky is Pink.
