The Nation Wants To Know - written and performed by Anuvab Pal (45 mins)

The New York Times, which recently did a story on India's growing comedy scene has called Anuvab Pal "India's Most Intelligent Stand Up Comic" and The BBC said he is "India's Answer To PG Wodehouse."

Anuvab was the first Indian comedian to perform with London's The Comedy Store when they opened The Comedy Store in Mumbai and went onto do 350 shows with them in India, London and Dubai and at various comedy festivals around the world. Out of this developed his one man show The Nation Wants To Know.

The Nation Wants To Know, which The Times of India calls "A hilarious ride through contemporary India" has had 150 shows around the world from San Francisco to Sydney. It talks of India's place of the world or lack of it. It talks of what the world sees when it comes to India and what India sees when it goes out to the world. Very different things. NDTV, India's leading TV channel calls the show "Brilliant" and Time Out Mumbai magazine says "It is spectacular".
